High School Graduation Rates See Small Boost, Report Finds

Graduation rates have risen.

The graduation rate has risen between 2001 to 2008 from 72% to 75%, with 29 states increasing the rate.

Two states, Wisconsin and Vermont, have reached close to a 90% graduation rate.
