What Works in the Classroom? Ask the Students

The efficiency of teaching has been put in the hands of students-- and has been successful.

Students have been asked to rate their teachers on methods in the classroom, with questions regarding time management and teachers' ability to explain material clearly.

I believe this is a good idea, because students are the ones that have the most contact with teachers and should know whether or not they are learning material or not.  Also, perceptions of students can be different from those of educators and administrators, and should be taken into account.
